CRC-DAPLUS is a DAB+ software audio encoder. It can be used for real-time and offline applications. It runs on typical personal computers and supports various types of inputs and outputs. CRC-DABPLUS runs on the free GNU/Linux Ubuntu operating system and is operated by command line to generate DAB+ compliant bitstreams. It is compatible with our free open source DAB multiplexer CRC-DABMUX.

CRC-DABPLUS is offered under two license schemes: Solo and Maestro. The Maestro license allows the encoding of an unlimited number of audio programs (multi-program) simultaneously on a single computer while the Solo license is limited to a single program. This is the only difference between these two license schemes.
